We take over guest messages and turnovers. You get a monthly statement and hear from us when something needs you.
What you'll need
- An active Airbnb or Vrbo listing, or one ready to go
- A cleaner
- A local contact who can get to the house
- A short-term rental insurance policy. Most homeowner policies don't cover paid guests. We'll tell you where to get one.
Recommended
A smart lock. It's what lets us create and remove a code for every guest. Not required, but most owners add one.
Get off the phone this month.
Tell us about your home. If it's a fit, we'll walk you through the rest on a short call. If you're not happy after your first month, you pay nothing and we remove ourselves as co-host.
