Where the 10% comes from
Most owners who come to us have been running one rate for weeknights and one for weekends, all year. Your market doesn't work that way. A July Saturday, a snowy Tuesday and the week of a local festival are three different prices, and they change as the date gets closer.
We put your home on market pricing and manage it every day. For most self-managed homes that's where our 10% comes from, before you count a single message you didn't answer. On the call we'll show you what your last 90 days would have priced at.
